Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your spot in the workshop. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 72 hours before the session to qualify for a credit or reschedule. No-shows or late cancellations will not be refunded. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, and no refund or credit will be provided. Workshop bookings are non-refundable, but you may reschedule to another date. Cocktails & Candles reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops in the event of low attendance, staff availability or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a reschedule or store credit.
